Location

Villa Wish is located in the village of Čabrunići, between the historic Istrian towns of Svetvinčenat (7 km) and Vodnjan (8 km).
Two beaches, "Peroj" and "Fažana" are 15 km from the villa.
The first local shop with bread, milk, and fruit is 2 km from the house. Supermarkets "Konzum" and "Plodine" are about 9 km from the accommodation.
The location of Villa Wish is excellent for visiting the touristy towns of Pula and Rovinj - Pula is only 20 km away, and Rovinj 26 km.
You can taste traditional Istrian cuisine at Konoba Klarići (3 km) and Pizzeria Grimani (7 km).
In Pula (20 km), you can visit the famous Roman amphitheater "Arena" and enjoy numerous summer events. The villa is 22 km from the airport in Pula.

House rules

The security deposit will be charged 300 EUR in cash at Check-In. The full sum will be returned to you at the Check-Out if everything remains in order.

Young groups 18 - 25 years of age are required to pay a 600 EUR refundable security deposit

Pool heating- 150 EUR for 7 days

One pet can stay free of charge. A pet fee is charged for the 2nd pet, 10 EUR per night, per 1 pet, (cash on arrival).

Cancellation terms

Free cancellation with full refund until 121 days (or more) before arrival date. In case of a full refund, a 50 EUR fee will be deducted from the prepayment amount to cover accounting costs.

If You cancel your booking within 120 days of Your arrival date, all amounts that You've paid are non-refundable. If You miss the payment deadline, the booking will be cancelled.
