1. Tennis Court shared with other guests at the villa resort (16 villas)
2. Half-Basketball court where you can shoot some hoops
3. Children playground and a trampoline in the central park of the resort

Security deposit will be charged 300 EUR in cash at the Check-In. If everything remains in order, the full sum will be returned to you at the Check-Out.

Pets are not allowed.

Prepayment: 20% of the rental price with booking
Remaining payment on agreement
Cancel free of charge for any reason, up to 61 days before arrival. (valid for all bookings made from 05.02.2021)
If you cancel 36 to 60 days before arrival, you will get a refund of 1/4 of the "prepayment amount".
If you cancel 35 days (and less) before arrival, "prepayment amount" is not refundable.
