Security deposit will be charged 500 EUR in cash at the Check-In. If everything remains in order, the full sum will be returned to you at the Check-Out.
Young groups of guests younger than 23 years of age, must send us an inquiry first.

75% paid until 61 days before arrival
However, please be aware that any payments made up to that point will be considered non-refundable and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Be advised that in the event you opt to cancel your booking before making the payment, you will not be obliged to pay.
