House rules

The 500 EUR security deposit must be paid in cash upon arrival. If everything is okay with the house the full amount will be returned to you at check-out.

Small pets are allowed with prior approval.

Dogs are not allowed in beds or pool. Guests must clean up after their pets in the yard. Deposit may be withheld if rules are not followed.

Guests must provide us with information about the pet's breed and weight. We can confirm your reservation only after the accommodation owner approves it.

Groups with an average age of 28 or less must send an inquiry, introduce their group briefly, before we decide whether to accept the reservation or not.

The property owners will then check the request and decide if the reservation can be approved.

Payment terms

25% prepayment

75% paid until 35 days before arrival

For reservations made from 15.01.2024 we require:

Cancellation terms

Free cancellation with full refund until 121 days (or more) before arrival date. In case of a full refund, a 50 EUR fee will be deducted from the prepayment amount to cover accounting costs.

If you cancel your booking within 120 days before your arrival date, all amounts paid by you will not be refunded. If you miss the payment deadline, the booking will be cancelled.
