House rules

The pricelist is valid for groups of up to 8 persons. For more persons there is additional charge of 15 EUR per night, per 1 person. Maximum 12 persons in total can stay in the house.

If you wish to bring dogs, please send us an inquiry.

Security deposit will be charged 400 EUR in cash at the Check-In. If everything remains in order, the full sum will be returned to you at the Check-Out.

Pet fee is paid 10 EUR per night, per 1 pet. Maximum 2 pets are allowed.

We don't prefer hairy dogs, so I kindly ask you to provide me details about your dog. Please ask my approval for any pets other than dogs.

Prepayment: 25% of the rental price with booking

Cancellation terms

Free cancellation with full refund until 121 days (or more) before arrival date. In case of a full refund, a 50 EUR fee will be deducted from the prepayment amount to cover accounting costs.

If You cancel your booking within 120 days of Your arrival date, all amounts that You've paid are non-refundable. If You miss the payment deadline, the booking will be cancelled.
