Poreč is a short 10-minute car drive away. Istria is very compact, so you can visit Medulin, Pula, Rovinj, Umag and Novigrad in less than 35 minutes with a car. Many pleasant natural beauties and sightseeing spots all around the Istrian penninsula are waiting to be explored.

If you wish to bring dogs, please send us an inquiry.

Security deposit will be charged 400 EUR in cash at the Check-In. If everything remains in order, the full sum will be returned to you at the Check-Out.

We don't prefer hairy dogs, so I kindly ask you to provide me details about your dog. Please ask my approval for any pets other than dogs.

The price list is valid for groups of up to 8 persons. For more persons, there is an additional charge of 25 EUR per night, per 1 person. A maximum of 8 grown-ups and 2 children can stay in the house.

Pet fee is paid 12 EUR per night, per 1 pet. Maximum 2 pets are allowed.

Prepayment: 25% of the rental price with booking

Cancellation terms

Free cancellation with full refund until 121 days (or more) before arrival date. In case of a full refund, a 50 EUR fee will be deducted from the prepayment amount to cover accounting costs.

If You cancel your booking within 120 days of Your arrival date, all amounts that You've paid are non-refundable. If You miss the payment deadline, the booking will be cancelled.
