The 400 EUR security deposit must be paid in cash upon arrival. If everything is okay with the house the full amount will be returned at check-out

No smoking indoors of the house. Smoking is allowed on the terrace and outdoors.

Pets are allowed on inquiry for a fee of 15 EUR per night, for smaller pets. For larger pets, the pet fee is 20 EUR per night. Maximum 2 pets are allowed. Pet fee is charged in cash on arrival.

25% prepayment

75% paid until 35 days before arrival

Cancellation terms

Free cancellation with full refund until 121 days (or more) before arrival date. In case of a full refund, a 50 EUR fee will be deducted from the prepayment amount to cover accounting costs

If You cancel your booking within 120 days of Your arrival date, all amounts that You've paid are non-refundable. If You miss the payment deadline, the booking will be cancelled.
