Security deposit will be charged 1.000 EUR in cash at the Check-In. If everything remains in order, the full sum will be returned to you at the Check-Out.

75% paid until 35 days before arrival

Cancellation terms

If You cancel your booking within 120 days of Your arrival date, all amounts that You've paid are non-refundable. If You miss the payment deadline, the booking will be cancelled.

Free cancellation with full refund until 121 days (or more) before arrival date. In case of a full refund, a 50 EUR fee will be deducted from the prepayment amount to cover accounting costs.
