"Orbanići" is an idyllic Istrian village with about 150 inhabitants. There is no noise, crowd or stress here. At a distance of 7 kilometers lies the small town of Vodnjan. Touristy and medieval municipality of "Svetvinčenat" is only 12 km away. Tourist centers like Pula and Rovinj are 17 km and 29 km from Villa Matea.

The first store is nearby, 300 m from the house. The popular restaurant with local specialties, "Konoba Klarići", is only 3.9 km from the village of Orbanići. Favorite among tourists, adrenaline park "Glavani park", is 4,4 km away. The famous horse ranch "Barba Tone" is located in nearby village of "Manjadvorci", 7 km from the property.

Cancellation terms

Free cancellation with full refund until 121 days (or more) before arrival date. In case of a full refund, a 50 EUR fee will be deducted from the prepayment amount to cover accounting costs.

If You cancel your booking within 120 days of Your arrival date, all amounts that You've paid are non-refundable. If You miss the payment deadline, the booking will be cancelled.
