The 500 EUR security deposit must be paid in cash upon arrival. If everything is okay with the house the full amount will be returned to you at check-out.

The pool heating is available ONLY in May, June, September and October.

The pool heating is charged an additional 200 EUR per week (payment in cash on arrival).

The pool heating must be confirmed 2 days in advance and is applicable only for the entire stay.

75% paid until 35 days before arrival

Cancellation terms

Free cancellation with full refund until 121 days (or more) before arrival date. In case of a full refund, a 50 EUR fee will be deducted from the prepayment amount to cover accounting costs.

If You cancel your booking within 120 days of Your arrival date, all amounts that You've paid are non-refundable. If You miss the payment deadline, the booking will be canceled.
