The 100 EUR security deposit must be paid in cash upon arrival. If everything is okay with the house the full amount will be returned to you at check-out.

25% prepayment

75% paid until 35 days before arrival

Cancellation terms

Free cancellation with full refund until 31 days (or more) before arrival date. In case of a full refund, a 50 EUR fee will be deducted from the prepayment amount to cover accounting costs.

If You cancel your booking within 30 days of Your arrival date, all amounts that You've paid are non-refundable. If You miss the payment deadline, the booking will be canceled.
