The security deposit will be charged 300 EUR in cash at the Check-In. The full sum will be returned to you at the Check-Out if everything remains in order.

For reservations made from 15.01.2024 we require:

25% prepayment

75% paid until 35 days before arrival

Free cancellation with full refund until 121 days (or more) before arrival date. In case of a full refund, a 50 EUR fee will be deducted from the prepayment amount to cover accounting costs.

If You cancel your booking within 120 days of Your arrival date, all amounts that You've paid are non-refundable. If You miss the payment deadline, the booking will be cancelled.

Cancellation terms in the booking offer You received, override the cancellation terms in this section. Kindly review the booking offer carefully to avoid any confusion or inconvenience later on.
