House rules

The 500 EUR security deposit must be paid in cash upon arrival. If everything is in order, there is no damage or excessive dirt in the property, and there are no violations of the house rules (parties, too loud music), the full amount will be refunded upon Check-Out.

Pets are allowed ON INQUIRY for a fee of 25 EUR / per night, per 1 pet. The pet fee is paid in cash on arrival. Maximum 2 pets are allowed. If you plan to bring pets, please be so kind as to introduce us about species and weight.

Payment terms

25% prepayment

75% paid until 35 days before arrival

Cancellation terms

Free cancellation with full refund until 121 days (or more) before arrival date. In case of a full refund, a 50 EUR fee will be deducted from the prepayment amount to cover accounting costs.

If You cancel your booking within 120 days of Your arrival date, all amounts that You've paid are non-refundable. If You miss the payment deadline, the booking will be cancelled.
