The house is in a quiet part of Premantura. 200 m from the house there is a "Restaurant Premantura" and a shop "Plus Market", also nearby there is a bakery and bars.
We definitely recommend visiting the Cape Kamenjak Nature Park, which is in the immediate vicinity of the villa (0.5 km).

Cancellations in period of 90 days (and less) before arrival are non-refundable (agency will keep the prepayment amount).
