Pool heating is optional, charged an extra 20 EUR per night or 100 EUR per week (cash).
Security deposit will be charged 400 EUR in cash at the Check-In. If everything remains in order, the full sum will be returned to you at the Check-Out.

Pool heating must be confirmed 3 days in advance, and it must be confirmed for the entire stay.

75% paid until 35 days before arrival
Free cancellation with full refund until 121 days (or more) before arrival date. In case of a full refund, a 50 EUR fee will be deducted from the prepayment amount to cover accounting costs.
If You cancel your booking within 120 days of Your arrival date, all amounts that You've paid are non-refundable. If You miss the payment deadline, the booking will be cancelled.
