Young groups of guests younger than 28 years of age, must send us an inquiry first.

Security deposit will be charged 300 EUR in cash at the Check-In. If everything remains in order, the full sum will be returned to you at the Check-Out.

Pets are not allowed.

Remaining payment 30 days before arrival

If you cancel 91 days (or more days) before arrival, you will get a refund of 1/4 of the prepayment amount.

Cancellations in period of 90 days (and less) before arrival are non-refundable (agency will keep the prepayment amount).
